Cushions leave the furniture and go on a rinse-and-extract machine. We pull the stain out of the fabric. We do not clean them on the patio. See the four steps.

Mold starts in the foam

Humidity, afternoon rain, and warm nights give mildew a home inside the cushion, often before you see anything on the fabric. By the time the cover shows spots, the foam has usually already taken it in.

Bleach and a pressure washer make it worse. Bleach breaks down the coating on outdoor fabric. A pressure washer drives the spores deeper. We treat the mold where it actually lives.

Priced by the piece

A throw pillow is not a chaise, so we don’t pretend they are. You choose drop off or pick up and delivery — pick up and delivery adds $149. Need them sooner? Expedited is $250 for a 2–3 business day turnaround, and emergency is $400 for 1–2 days, flat, on top of the pieces. The shop confirms an emergency fits the schedule.

Tell us what stained it so the clean hits the right spot. Zip-off covers are the easy path. Sewn-on covers and foam that soaked up the rain take longer, and we’ll say so before we start if a piece is too far gone to save. A season guard at the end helps the fabric shed the next spill.
