Four steps, off the furniture.
Drop off or pick up and delivery gets the cushions to us. The clean happens here, not on your patio.

Spot treatment
The stain you marked is treated first. Coffee, mildew, wine, grease, and the rest are worked on the fabric itself. We do not scrub them while the cushion is still on the furniture.

Deep clean
The cushion goes on a rinse-and-extract machine. Dirt and what the rain left behind come out of the fabric, and out of the foam when it can be saved. No bleach. No pressure washer.

Dry
A damp cushion is how mildew comes back. We dry it through, keep the shape, and do not send it home wet.

A last look
Before it comes back to you, we check the stain, the color, and that the cushion is dry. If the foam is too far gone, we tell you instead of pretending the clean held.
